Church of the Ascension is in Chicago's Near North neighborhood area at the corner of LaSalle Boulevard and Elm Street. Our address is 1133 North LaSalle Boulevard, Chicago, Illinois 60610-2601. Our parking lot is on the northeast corner of LaSalle Boulevard and Maple Street.

Via Chicago Transit Authority public transit, exit the Red Line subway at Clark/Division station and use the southwest stairway to the street. Walk straight ahead toward the Chase Bank branch at Elm Street and turn right; the church is on your left as you approach LaSalle Boulevard. The church can also be reached by bus, using the 22 Clark or 36 Broadway routes, which stop at the intersection of Clark and Division streets. Walk one block west along Division Street and turn left; the church will be on your left as you cross Elm Street. On weekdays, the 156 LaSalle bus stops in front of our parking lot at Maple Street. Via car from major expressways, use the Ohio Street exit from Interstate 90/94 (Kennedy Expressway); turn left at LaSalle Boulevard and continue past Chicago Avenue. At the traffic light at Maple Street (next street after Oak), turn right and then immediately left to enter our parking lot.
